Based right here in Ottawa, husband & wife team Tamara and Will are the talented artisans behind Valley Sausage Co. Trained as a butcher, Will learned from the best at Sanagan’s Meat Locker in Toronto while Tamara honed her skills as a private chef and dietitian.  Together, they're creating tasty, small batch sausages from local pork.
