Bellavitano Merlot

This award-winning cheese is a special creation and one of our guests’ favourites at Jacobsons. Firm and crumbly, each wheel is bathed in Merlot before being left to age. The rich, brown butter notes of the cheese are perfectly paired with the berry and plum notes of Merlot, making your taste buds dance with a lingering experience that keeps on giving.  
 
The cheese makers suggest pairing your cheese with some slices of prosciutto and dark chocolate for dessert to extend your indulgent experience. Everything about this cheese captures and represents 'the beautiful life.'
