These 4” x 12” multigrain flatbreads with their generous, homemade gourmet toppings are perfect cut into fingers as a canapé or cut into two large servings with a salad as a summery main course. Please always remove the plastic packaging while frozen to avoid any of the delicious topping from sticking to the packaging! For a gloriously crispy crust bake your pizza on a preheated pizza stone in a 400F oven or place pizza on a baking sheet brushed with olive oil which has been preheated in the oven.
These pizzas, like all their products, are made in Les Fougeres' artisanal production kitchens with the élan and care of passionate chefs.
