On the rind, a stunning mosiac of blue-green veining gives way to a creamy, crumbly paste. Inside, the cheese reveals a well-balanced strength that is equal parts salty, sweet & tangy.

Named in honour of the town where it is made - Sainte-Élizabeth-de-Warwick - this award-winning blue would pair perfectly with a sweet fig spread or your favourite Niagra dessert wine.
