La Moutonniere Feta - Plain
Fromagerie La Moutonnière have long been pioneers in the world of Quebec farmstead sheeps cheeses. Their two-hundred ewes have free range access to naturally seeded pastures, free-flowing spring water, and are never fed with silage. On the the production side, all of their cheeses are made completely by hand, allowing for individual attention at every stage of development.
Like all true farmstead producers, La Moutonnière do not standardize their cheese production, allowing seasonality to affect the composition of the milk. The result is a wide range of delicious cheeses like this fresh Feta that is bursting with authentic flavours of the local Quebec terroir.
Presenting an ivory paste that is creamy yet crumbly, this feta features fresh milk aromas with a finely spiced lactic and tangy finish. Each package comes sealed for freshness and weighs approximately 125g each.
