This collection includes beautifully crafted Opinel knives from Savoie, France. A family of blacksmiths, Opinel knives date back to 1890. Known for their high-quality kitchen and table knives, Opinel remains a family-run business proudly located in the heart of the French Alps. 

Another new addition to this collection is Shun. Handcrafted in Japan, Shun knives have over 111 years of history and are a favourite of millions of professional chefs and avid home cooks throughout the world. Dedicated to maintaining their high-quality knives, Shun continues to handcraft each knife in their Seki City facility, with each piece taking at least 100 individual steps to complete.
