Smoked Raclette, Pre-Sliced
Here just for the holiday season!
Raclette is a classic cheese from the Rhône-Alpes region and takes its name from the French verb racler, meaning to scrape. Traditionally, Alpine shepherds would lunch upon boiled potatoes and cornichons, covered with this delicious cheese which they would warm in front of the fire.
This pre-sliced version is made with pasteurized cow's milk and aged for a minimum of five months. Smoked over real beech and juniper woods, this raclette develops a delicious smokey flavour with hints of nuts & caramel.
