Organic Raclette, Pre-Sliced

Raclette is a classic cheese from the Rhône-Alpes region and takes its name from the French verb racler, meaning to scrape. Traditionally, Alpine shepherds would lunch upon boiled potatoes and cornichons, covered with this delicious cheese which they would warm in front of the fire.
This pre-sliced version is made with organic pasteurized cow's milk and aged for a minimum of five months. Perfect for enjoying with the family this season, this raclette is only available while quantities last.
