Tomme de Chevre au Muscadet
Originating in the southern Pyrenees mountains, this alluring semi-firm is made with pasteurized goat's milk and washed regularly with wine.
The resulting rind develops into a beautiful dusky orange colour with natural blue and white spotting. Inside, the supple ivory paste offers up aromas of hay and goat followed by clean citrus flavours.
