Camembert Bons Mayennais
For more than a century, Fromagerie Vaubernier has been making traditional soft cheeses in the heart of the Mayenne countryside. A succession of several families has contributed to production of this famous camembert, which is made from the pasteurized milk of cows enjoying the surrounding grassy Mayenne terroir.
Aged for ten days, this Camembert arrives to us in a compact, sustainably sourced poplar box. Once cut into, aromas of fresh mushrooms and milk present themselves with a delicate, creamy paste.
Enjoy on your cheeseboard with honey, homemade jam and a white wine or pilsner.
