For three generations the Jacquin family has specialized in the traditional production of goat cheeses in the heart of France using only P.D.O. milk from surrounding farms.
Rolled directly in a bed of edible wild flowers before packaging, this special Bûchette aux Fleurs is one of their standout creations. Bright, creamy, and herbaceous, we love this fresh chèvre paired with honey, baguette, and a glass of sparkling Rosé.
